Victorian.  Lovely exterior ambiance.  I sold one like this once.  Would not want to live in one... too many stairs.

First off, I would not call this a Colonial.  It has all the merits of a Victorian "Historic" home.

a building that is two stories is a colonial...a cape is one and a half stories.... this has a turret and a wrap around farmer's porch, too....
