Hmmm --- some things are better kept secret.   A little mystery can be a good thing.   

I start my day with a workout, I end it with a short hike with my dog and then a glass of wine with a home cooked meal. 

If it's been exceptionally bad, I call a friend and vent a little. Sometimes I post about it here on AR and rely on Rainmaker feedback.

I have a glass of vino and COOK!  My hubby loves it when I've had a stressful day!  ;-)

I'm typically thrown into a whole different set of stressors with figuring out dinner and two little children running around and screaming. So refocus is something I hope I can get to do in about 18 years!

I'm right behind Debe Maxwell ..a glass of wine does wonders and puttering around in the kitchen does too!

Yes, a nice long walk around our lake works wonders.

I write in my journal when things bug me and won't go away.  It helps me get to the truth, and then I can move on.

Sometimes a hot bath, a decent show on Netflix, a good dinner with my husband, and a glass of wine.  But I workout every morning which keeps my head level.

Depends! Sometimes with an adult libation and sometimes with a long walk. Sometimes a walk before the libation!

Lifting, cardio, hitting the punching bag, venting to family (unless they're the cause), watching TV/playing a game to distract me, walking around the block.

I may read. I may watch some feel good shows on Animal Planet. I might call a friend and just ... talk.  Mostly I enjoy peace, quiet and solitude which helps shut out the noise from the day.

A walk is good medicine for me - 

A good book and a glass of wine.

There exists at my homes entry a Talisman, to whom all of the days thoughts are bequeathed, allowing me to enter my home 'clean.'

Such a visual allows me to remind myself, "That problem did not cross the threshold."

For about 15 seconds, upon entry, I will recite a verse or engage in a few dance steps, something aerobic to reset, then go about my evening with what ever I what to commune with at that time.

Taking a photowalk is a good remedy.

I find the best way for me is to journal, get it out of my head and down on paper.

Exercise is great, you have the right idea. Then wine can finish the job!

A good walk or jog always helps me.

I learned easily switch to a different subject, but if i'm especially stressed I just need an extra nap/sleeping time to recharge.

I like to play Words With Friends.  

Dinner, a glass of wine, and a good book.  Or maybe I'll blog!

I sit on my bed and watch that day's recording of General Hospital... been watching for going on 55 years.

Play guitar.  I try, the best I can, to play for at least 15 to 30 minutes a night.  It clears my mind, relaxes me, and spurs my creativity.  I exercise in the morning, which sets my day on the right path.

In the summer it is a seat by pool and a summer nights swim. In winter, like now, it is Active Rain

Take a walk, preferably at Presque Isle Penninsula or along my country road.

I like performing a multitude of different tasks not spending too much time on anything. This mixing it up offers balance and perspective plus rest
