I work on other things ... like working on my book, writing new content for my websites, etc.  

Yes, I am working all weeked on the above. 

I know I hate all the 'waiting' when all it is really about is shopping. Most of my people are motivated to move - it's just finding them.

Looking for a good deal on a computer for one thing.  

Family, Rest, Golf, Hikes and great leftovers, I never have worked this weekend...not since I was a grocery clerk at Safeway in 1987.

I have a couple escrows I'm working with this weekend and getting some marketing done.  Did a bunch of work ON Thanksgiving.  It is a nice time to get work done without too many distractions.

Taking the weekend off to spend time with family!

Headed to San Fransicso next weekend to speak to investors so this weekend is preparing for that and getting the Code of Ethics requirement in.

Nothing scheduled until Monday

I am working on extra marketing

This weekend is not Thanksgiving weekend in our great country.  We had it in October.

Lots of work going on here and definitely working on content for my website and marketing for the new year.

Well, I sit and stew that 2 closings that were suppose to take place Wednesday were both postpones because the loan officers took time off. So i comfort the buyers and hope for early next week. On my other business, i am open and ready to help those who call or email

you do your job and attempt to do what you need done...or what you want done.... it's business....

I have 2 appointments on Saturday and out delivering poinsettias to clients! Christmas decorations up and starting on Christmas cards!

Today I had an inspection with buyer clients, and then had to do follow-up discussions w/listing agent. I also took two applications for a rental listing. But otherwise it was quiet!

Tomorrow is quiet and sunday I have a few showings.

I have some planning and writing to do, but still a bunch of family oriented things happening here in Carlsbad, and then in LA tomorrow and Sunday. Family first!!

I am answering agent questions today and reviewing a few documents - but I also just got back from shopping and will do this again this weekend.

I go with the flow...so far...so good

I am still up at the cabin till tomorrow, to many people are eating left overs and doing this Black Friday thing.

Hella, I took four days off unless you count blogging.

I do all the things just like I always do.  

Everyday is real estate for us.

I use this weekend to doing Christmas decorating, get a head start on Christmas cards, and just catch up on work that doesn't involve my "bothering" clients.

A busy weekend ahead with interviews and showings and plenty of paperwork on a few forestry projects.

I'm trying to 'save' a deal right now - and working with a few new buyers who are in town and looking.  So, working and trying to get my decorating done in the interim!

I never make things more important to me than those with whom I work. It's a recipe for disappointment.

I do keep of list of 'rat box' activities that are designed for times when I must work alone. Rat box activities are fill work. They may include:

1. On business marketing material

2. Those books that are always in progress (becuase they are classified 'rat box' they lack the priority to ever be finished)

3. Update training video

4. Put on the sneakers and work up a sweat

5. Contemplate how to connect bacon to real estate. Everything is better with bacon.
