Uber is 100% better than any taxi company. Move to Miami

Not something I see happening in my market... if my client needs to do this kind of work to qualify for a mortgage, he/she is probably not qualified to buy any time soon.

Might disclose they should check out the current status! Like UBER here in Chicago!

I use Uber and like it. Taxi drivers hate it. The app is what I like and that there is no exchange of actual money or tipping. It's much safer and the cars are so much cleaner than a taxi which is usually nasty. 

I can't imagine a world without Uber at this time.

I had no idea that they outlawed in some cities. It is true, a lot of people get a little bit of extra cash by being a driver of these companies. The earnings are transparent, but it is- what it is: extra money, unless the client drives as a full time job.

If you are saying they are moving to Tampa, then yes, I would mention that they may want to read up on the legality there.  I would send them an article and ask them to look into it.  If the move is dependent upon them having the ability to earn extra income, then they need to know about it. 

Too dam much govt interferance here, choose another location.

I advise that those are not designed to be significant income sources for anyone other than the companies and you can't guarantee enough money.

I would let them know that status and have them confirm for themselves.

I'd tell them about the pending litigation. I think both those services are going to be hounded for years by the cabbie industry.
