Starbucks Coffee is my bigest waste but also give me lots of pleasure. I also spend lots of money on shoes and purses. Nobody needs dozens of either of those.

I get two deep tissue massages every week because I workout (usually lifting) 6 days a week.....5 days with a trainer.... none of what I do is fivolous....even my spray tans are a necessity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am with Corinne Guest, Managing Broker on this one.  I am not stingy yet I do not spend frivolously.  

Tennis lessons.

I don't think comfort and convenience are frivolous, so I'll exclude those things. But I definitely didn't need that box of Entenmann's donuts.

Cable TV.

Not frivolous, but various service subscriptions and membership sites I don't use enough to justify. I still like having them when I want them, though. 

Cable is not pulling its weight now a days. I am monitoring this for now

I have both satellite and cable (since sateliite doesn't do well in very cloudy weather), but for me the most frivolous is getting away for the weekend

Satelite Radio is a must for me, I spend so much time in the car it needs to be comfortable. For me frivolous could be the many meals i eat out

Sometimes when I return from vacation, I look at some of the tourist trinkets and wonder "what I was thinking?"

Probably eating out would be on the top of my list.

Satellite radio, Netflix, WWE Network, Keno, and salons. But I think those are necessities and for the common good. LOL

Pay money managers and find out they lose your savings.

Everything you listed for yourself is important and useful to me. I find Satellite radio essential as I spend a lot of time in my vehicle. I go to the gym minimum of 6 days a week every week, I get weekly massages and Netflix is supreme!

Today, I bought a new rug for the dining room to replace one that Willie the Labradoodle did naughty things on.

I don't spend money on frivolous items...they are all necessities to me.

DVD's and Sharp Cheddar Cheese.  How about that for a combination?

Books and movies, but I don't consider them frivolous...they are much needed down time therapy

Dinner out with my husband and I just bought a car. Other than that I do not spend alot.

Frivolous items, hmmmm,

Ice cream. No, I do deserve to treat myself OCCASIONALLY.

Eat out. No. Sometimes that is the best activity to reconnect.

Exercise resources. No. Investing in the ONLY body we will ever have does not seem frivolous.

Ahh, I see. Looking at watches. Now that is a frivolous activity. Buying one may be even more frivolous, unless it makes a art statement.

Not too much actually. Cut cable years ago now ... no gym membership.
