And yes, it's a maze, but if you've ever had bilateral knee replacement and had even temporary mobility issues, you start to appreciate ADA.

Hi Fred - We faced the same problem when we had to update a rental for an elderly tenant. What finally helped was that our tenant's rehab counselor had all the info and came over to the house to tell us exactly what to do.
