No not really except if it's over 6" or so. The 1st storm is always the worst as people have to get used to driving in it.

If it's just a few inches of snow it won't make any difference. Now a foot of snow tends to slow things down.

No worries here. Although there are people in the area who can't wait to travel to the slopes for skiing and snowboarding. It's one of the appeals to living in So Cal with winter stuff not all that far away

Sure would love a little frozen wet stuff here in sunny So Cal but not happening.  Not even the wet non-frozen stuff.  If it did you betcha it would affect my business in a good way.  I'd be the one jumping up and down and not getting anything done.  Okay...back to reality!  I was thinking out loud again.

Yes. The first snow in town usually delays school which can impact agents getting to work and home showings. But it also triggers winter tourism which creates opportunities to meet potential buyers.

The local municipalities here in the Greater Danbury, Connecticut area are well prepared for the snow. They take to the roads through the night, well equipped with plows, sand or salt & the roads are usually passable by early morning... for most storms. Sometimes it will snow all day & then everything shuts down & I will get showing cancellations.
