It depends on what type of coaching you are looking for. Brian Buffini has a great reputation with a focus on building your business by referral. There are several AR members who can attest to this quality program - Praful Thakkar and Thomas J. Nelson, Realtor,CRS . I am not a Tom Ferry fan but plenty of people are.

It is difficult to discuss the "best" until we know your criteria for "best".

Lots of programs out there and all generally quite expensive... Buffini, Ferry are two. I've not used or paid attention to Tim and Julie Harris.

Check out Tim and Julie Harris.  They have a lot of great free stuff on their website.  Also, Brian Buffini has a great program, although I wasn't blown away by his coaching staff.

There are a lot of good coaching programs, it depends though on what you want coaching on. I really don't suggest Brian Buffini as a new agent because he is very heavy into referrals and unless you have a large SOI, it won't be easy to implement. 

You need to ask yourself what is it you need to learn, and what are your business goals. 

I coach agents in online marketing, SEO, blogging for business, and getting listings. 

But for you, it may be a better way to start is to work with buyers. 

There are too many variables.

I have several coaches: I have a coach who helps train me on building my businesses, another one who coaches me on building my list and funnels and FB ads. I also have a coach who helps me get through any mental blocks I have to break through my self imposed limits. 

We have baseball coaches for our son, a pitching coach and a batting coach along of course with his team coaches. Katerina

Mike Ferry was good back in the day.  Focused a lot on cold calling.  Several people here rave about Buffini.  I've never used him.  Find a coach that you will enjoy working with and that fits what you want to do with your business/business plan.

I think the best thing to do is go on an intensive readying schedule and not just real estate how to books. Currently I am doing a lot of research on neuro-science marketing.
