No, but that's pretty cool marketing!  There is one listing right now that was the scene of a murder two months before it listed.  I haven't seen any disclosure about it and I don't think the seller told the agent.

Yes, in regards to neighboring house and once a truly crime riddled street where tragedy in every house except the one I was in. Owner may not have been impressed with 'disclosure' issues.

I can't say that I've ever seen my listing on the evening news.  Unplannned marketing!  So, did you get any business from the exposure?

Yes an investment we were selling was busted for prostitution house, and there was my sign-front and center.

Thankfully, not.

Oh, fortunately not. Not sure if if such PR would be desirable for my business in any ways. 

Thankfully this situation has not come up! if it did you would all see it on the TV show Alaska Troopers....  we dont get a lot of that around here!

Not with a house I listed-but I attended a wedding many years ago with my mother-we had custody of my toddler neice at the time, and was told we could not come home because there was a suspected murderer in the neighborhood and it was on lock down and there was a swat team in my driveway-

We currently have a listing in contract which was the scene of a murder/suicide which happened just after we got the listing but before we started marketing it. We are scheduled to close next month.

No - I haven't had to deal with that situation yet.

That would have been worse. Bummer though to have that on the News with your Sign. A Deterent for Buyers.

Gwen Banta just did a post where one photo of a listing was of the swat team in front of the neighbors.
