While I'm not a Realtor, as a Mortgage Broker the things that inspires me is beating other lenders in rates and service, and helping realtors in a way that no one does. To me, it's showing agents and customers, that I'm not like any other mortgage broker they have dealt with in the past. As many of my agents and customers have said, I'm a breath of fresh air.  

I like what I do and I'm good at it.
