These are a part of our multiple listing service.  Of course, not all information is accurate or complete.   

In the Mid-Florida Regional MLS, we notate the home as Green with 6 seperate categories with multiple features notated, plus the HERS.

Yes, ours does but it's in another section entirely. Green section includes solar, rated windows, rated appls.

I never fill it out because most of my sellers don't have a clue.

It depends on the mls system and it depends on what the particular mls system has deemed a required field. We have lots of fields for information in my mls that we do not have to fill out.

Our listing information on MRIS has spaces for green information.

Richard L. Sanderson - I have started seeing it in some forms. And it does translate to the MLS.

Our MLS has energy feature sections that have fields for all these products you mentioned.

Not in my state forms. But our MLS provides the forms for green/sustainable homes. RE appraisers have an access to local MLSs. 

Black Knight/Paragon MLS has a box for "Green Certification".  So does FlexMLS.  I think CoreLogic Innovia does also.  You also have options for "Solar" for water heater and HVAC.

 There will also be sections in Seller Disclosures.

Not out here.  If any of those things exist, they're usually mentioned in the write-up... if at all.  Everything these days is "energy star rated" so that's really a non-issue.  Solar panels are more of a pain, unless they're owned outright.  I'd actually detract for those!

Our MLS does and also accessibility features as well.

No all features are actually "required" to be entered into the MLS. It's lazy-making at its finest too when agents do not simply include all the features even if the MLS does not require it.

My MLS uses them.

Our mls has them, but documenting them is another story. Is a triple pane window worth more then a double pane? Is an insulated vinyl door worth more or less then a custom wooden door? It won't be easy for an appraiser to compare "green" features from house to house.

We do have a whole section in our mls and most under energy savings. 

No. I doubt realtors are trained and able to explain in terms of emissivity and how it relates to energy consumption. 

As for energy saving big windows it is a misnomer. That is the biggest waste in energy consumption. Dual pane has thermal resistance of R2 much much worse than R13 in an older home by a large margin, Triple is window is R3. They all developing leak over time.  The replacement cost is cost prohibitive. 

Sky tunnels etc have almost no thermal resistance. Solar panels are not welcomed if leased. No real savings.  Consumers are much sophisticated than one think.

WE have these options in Phoenix when listing a home.

We have for windows and solar panels(that also has a notation for leasing or buying them) but not for appliances.

We use it in the mls.

Ours recently added a field for green features and it's driving me nuts . . . now we have to fill them in every time that we update data. But it's a good thing.

Some forms were introduced in the last couple of years to help collect such information.

In our area they do
