CA is so "tall" it's like practicing in 4 states. We just had this question last week, so same answer: NorCal (so Lodi, Redding, etc), Bay Area (SF, San Jose,etc.), Central CA (Fresno, Bakersfield,etc.) & SoCal (LA, OC, San Diego) with extreme differences between SF & The Peninsula and major differences between The Bay Area & San Diego.

We work in all states and provinces that have a project worth working on.

It depends on the location.  In Lake Tahoe (CA) and (NV) homes are across from each other in different states. The same in Washington and Portland, Oregon where they are separated by a bridge over the Columbia river.  I don't know of a tracking platform. A

I've only practiced real estate in one state, AZ, though Roger has practiced in both CA and AZ Harry F. D'Elia.  Now, we are both in only one state (AZ). 

I don't know who tracks such statistics.
