I am not a fan of motivation...I am a fan of inspiration, and there is so much around me that inspires me...I just start listing them and every day becomes sunny...and flowers help too.  A

Mondays always have a full schedule and hopes for a very productive week. I just work hard doing the things I know that work and find buyers and sellers.

Got to make some money!!!!!!

I don't think focusing on the negatives is a good idea very often. That said, if I am particularly lacking in motivation to better myself and my production, I will occasionally think of my past failures and potential consequences of future failures. Failure is an unfortunate part of life, but it is beneficial if used as a learning tool. 

people buy and sell on gloomy days.... the best players have their head in the game every day.....

Put your nose to the grindstone and clear those unpleasant tasks off your desk.

1. Make a priority list.
2. Plan out your day.
3. Make an easy call, possibly to a mentor.
4. Once Activity is started it is easy to keep the engines moving.

Get moving, usually with some exercise. Then get inspiration by revisiting goals or positive experiences.

Monday's aren't particularly hard for me, I just make myself follow my plan.

Each person goes around the room and shares an event. I also would encourage role-playing and have some tasty drinks & snacks handy. Explore the softer side of Real Estate with each other

Get out and about and get inspired!!

Coffee and beer, not necessarily in that order.

But Mondays are the best day of the week - if you don't get it right today, you've still got 4 (or 6 if you're a Realtor) days to get it right!

Living in sunny CA, we have few gloomy days! It's easy to get up at 5:30 am, take my dog for a walk, start the coffee and get the day started! I look at my calender for the day, make my prospecting calls for the next two hours. Then its time to return calls, go on appointments.  I have a bulletin board that I post my goals and what I want to acheive. The key to staying motivated is knowing what your going to do everyday and stick to it. Hope this helps!

You cannot talk anyone into it, or pay enough to get it.

Gloomy mondays do not exist for those that are self motivated.

Motivation comes from within. WhenI am feeling the lack of desire to do "work" then I take a break - step away.  I might take a walk, meditate, invite a friend to lunch, go to the beach ... work will always be there. 

You need to remind yourself of your "purpose".  Goals are one thing.  Purpose is another.  We all want to make money but what is the reason.  What is your purpose in life?  Your career is an avenue to fulfill your purpose.  

Rah Rah, um no really - I show them their numbers and let that speak for itself - poverty is a great motivator

Every day there is someone who wants to buy or sell a house.  Go find that person.

We go out to lunch one time per month as a team to create energy.

No gloomy Mondays for us - very busy right now!

I always make a list.

Stay on the phone until the appointment schedules are full.

I'm always motivated, especially at the end of the month.

Gloomy Mondays are fine.  It's the sunny ones under the heat dome that I have a problem with.
