I'd be looking for the hidden camera!

Back in 2013 I read an article in Forbes speaking of this very thing in Washington with a Coldwell Banker agent.

Not for me nor my clients!

No, it's not a way to do things.

I do go in clients cars if they have little ones because of the car seats, extra stuff required & they feel more comfortable. It's a liability also.

No, we personally do not, though we are a huge Bike Riding Community - many older folks bike and race, though certainly not all!  Here in an age-restricted community, an alternate form of transportation is a golf cart - HA! - and I have seen Tours of our community and amenities done using them, as they have 3 rows of seats and are not small!  For us, usually clients follow us in their own vehicle Paul S. I sometimes show up for a single rental showing on my bike, but would never ask someone to try to put it in their car.

There are however some agents out there who are so broke that I could see them doing this because they do not have a real vehicle, or gas money.

In a niche market where lifestyles are being sold it works but not exactly in that way. We've rented bikes and Segways for entire families as we toured and informed them of the neighborhhoods. We left out the element of surprise though!

P.S. All of them like the tours by boat and keeps them as a captive audience for a few hours also.

Wow. that is almost funny. Did the Agent do that on purpose to get out of all the showings? I can only see that happening if the showings were located in the downtown area of a crowded city, such as Seattle where there is no parking hardly at all, and everybody walks to their destinations and condos in the City, or...if it were an April Fools prank maybe..by a relative.
