My record number of closings in one day was a while back ... but it was 11 closings in one day.  All at the same title company.  I went from room to room and even at one point was meeting with clients in the kitchen.  It was the end of October (a surprise month for so many closings).

Most, 4 in one day

when I was actively working and new construction was my niche, I had as many as 13 closings in one day if you count all of the inventory....I had 5 subdivisions going at one point at the height of my business....every builder had his own attorney and one builder had 3 of the subdivisions....

that was for one year and I never took one day off during that time....there was no one who could handle all of the inventory and followup on custom deals.... not a typically normal real estate business and would never recommend it to anyone..... much too much, even for a well versed real estate agent....

My record is 5 in one day. I prefer to have them spread out so not hurrying between closing. I have 2 on Friday and its perfect!

My record is 4 which i have tied a good 6 times. I dont like to close on Mondays or Fridays so I try to spread them out Tue-Thu

A couple of weeks ago I had 4 in one day.  It was an exciting day!  This week I have one a day...  Much easier to manage (& enhance productivity!).  Congrats on your 6!!!  :)

During the boom of the mid 2000's I had 6 or 7 on one day, 6 or 7 the next day.  It was an exciting week.

Holy moly.  I am thrilled I am having two the same day.  But I am having a record July with 7 or 8 closings.  Been so busy I have lost count.

Three I believe, and they were all based on each of them happening in order.

I only had 3 in one day. 

1 at a time. If two appear to coincide spread them apart.  In CA I do not go to these closings and merely monitor them.  Wait for checks.

I think it was about 6 once. But can't remember for sure.

My record closings were only two in one day.

I do not recall the highest number.

I think you are doing well with six in a day. My record is two.
