Topics that add value to what we do.

I loved the 30 posts in 30 days challenges we used to do - they really got me going! Anything that helps bring me business is great!

1. Conversion

2. Sign up

3. Where is the money? Present a situaion, identify how money can be made.

4. Mind expanders - If you were not a Realtor/Agent how could you make money related to real estate.

I would think much more effort would be needed to entice others to become part of the contests community.  I am not one of those.

Last couple of contests I really didn't want to participate in. Ex - why relive a bad 'I should have known' experience?

I would prefer the elimination of the contests that are not a productive use of time.

Some that are just fun or also that ask for good ideas/practices that we can take and apply to our businesses. Many don't like contests at all so whatever the topic, some will like it, some won't.

I like contests that would get you involved with your community as to acquire more clients and sales.

Have to see what others are coming up with.  I really do not do contests.

Ones that are of interest.  (I know, can I be any more vague?)

The 30 in 30 was good because I hit that mark each month anyways, I just had to space out my postings.

Was going to skip the summer and winter "show us your home" contests, but I had previously taken some good photos that I could use.

I'm skipping the social media sucess story one because I don't have anything to say for it.

I skip most of the vendor sponsored ones because they are too tied into products or processes I neither use nor want to use.

I like the ones that are fun, encourage growth and somehow "catch my eye."

I liked the lessons learned contest things that help us learn about real estate and each other.

Whatever the creator of the contest comes up with. 

In my opinion, contests encourage us to write about things that we don't usually blog about and often provides us ideas for our blogs. I enjoy the contests that have us describe our areas and the best features of living where we live. For example, if you were hired to be the Director of Tourism for your community how would you promote it?

I'm good with any that require me not to do 30, 60 or 90 days of anything

Something that challenges the contestants and contributes to overall knowledge. 

Unless I get $$$, I don't do the contests so wouldn't matter to me much.
