     Blast it all over the Internet.   Send out cards.  

    In the past, I also did door-knocking in that area and handed out "Just Sold" flyers with the price and details of the sale on them.   I don't door knock anymore, but it's something you might want to consider.

online and offline marketing for each closed listing..... offline, we do direct mail marketing to 500 homes in the area; newspaper photo with a sold sign(we do a full page once a month for our listing inventory,,,active, pending and closed) .....then online marketing on many different sites....
