No, all digial now.  Bring the iPad and they can sign on that digitally if they dont want to do it via email.  

Some projects we bring a printer along for, but seldom take it out.

We are pretty much paperless with tablets and other tech.

I haven't had the need.  In a pinch I can print from just about any place that has a printer from cloud storage.

I do not own one.  i try to use electronic signatures.

Nope, just too unreliable. Also, if you don't use the ink jets that much they get messed up & printers terribly.

I've never had a need for one in real estate.  When mobile, I'll either take their info and email them the contract or I can do it on a tablet or phone (but prefer to use a computer for less chance at a typo).

When nothing but paper will do there are so many places that will print for you. I would find the nearest Staples, OfficeDepot, franchise office, title company, buddy, friend, someone you want to make a friend and ask for their help. A simple email attachment is all they need. The once evey five years this is needed is less intrusive than packing a printer around all the time.

I do not, but would love to have one. Cant wait to see what everyone finds usefull. I still find the need for paper contracts as all contracts are not digital and all buyers and sellers so not accept the digital version
