It has been a roller coaster year so far

It's been an insane year - I threw out my plan months ago

Due to relocation, will be starting a new one soon!

I wa soff to a booming start, sales are way up but now a lack of new listings is looking to slow those sales a little. 

No adjustments needed.

On target for income, but had to work harder than expected to get there.  Hoping the second half is a little easier, but no complaints if it's not.

I am way ahead of schedule and no adjustments are necessary other than to remind myself to take some time off and don't burnout.

Yes, I am making adjustments ... some unforeseen issue with a 3rd party vendor really caused a redirect.  Yet, it is a good thing because I am spending more time on my websites and my book.

I have been tweaking it throughout the year due to various changes.

A roller coaster year for me, as well. Hoping it will be a smooth ride for the next half!

I had to adjusted mine in the first quarter Hella and adjusted it more since then.

Hi Hella - With our market - high demand, low inventory - we have been adjusting constantly since the year began, as have our buyers and sellers.

One word: Slam-a-rama! Hahah!

I looked at it & I don't like what I see. Too many fall thru's for me & other oddities.

Have definitely had to make adjustments.   Very slim inventory, and tough to get buyers under contract!  

We're a little short of our goals so far but not too far off.  We have plenty of time to make it up and finish strong!
