Because I have no idea about world birth rates.  In the US I'd estimate about 13,000 a day based on one person being born every 7 seconds.  Deaths occur at the rate of one every 13 seconds.

No. Where I live I'm going to say too many. How many get sick every day and end up dying from the meds they are prescribed or the food they eat.

I saw an online counter representing the births and deaths in the world.  It's like 2-3 per second are being born in the world.  Only about 1 person per second is dying in the world.  At this rate I don't think we need to worry about climate change.  Should be worrying about over population and less food and water.
