If you are just starting out I recommend whatever you are familiar with that is free or low cost. Your time for the learning curve and your money is better spent on other areas of your business. Outlook is familiar for most people and offers a lot if you use all its tools well. For drip campaigns hire a cheap service. Keep your own copy of your contact data base up-to-date as a backup for easy transition to a full service CRM when you have more business income.

Ask your broker.... These online dripping may work in vacation or second home neighborhoods. It does not work locally. Needing human contact.

I use Top Producer. But, I would recommend one that you can feel comfortable using and will in fact use it every day. Many have a free try out feature.

If the agent mindset and understanding embraces the sharing economy, I would recommend SugarCRM.
If the agent is breathing life into an old process, Top Producer and Wise Agent will fill the bill.

My broker is always pushing Outlook. We also have a program called Moxi Exchange.
