I really depends on your intent is.
Looking to join a social club? Make new friends? Buy some space to put your image on bus benches? Or make money?
The quality that you can MEASURE regarding the brokers you consider is are the agents making money!!!! Only one question is needed....unless your intent is something other than making money.
Those other 'qualities' you think you are looking for are nonsense. They are the sweet words sold by brokers who intend to do nothing for you and you will buy it because they made you take your eye off the ball and made you think warming a stool in the conference room was going to make you money.
Go where you see all agents making money they can LIVE on.
