No.  We just go in and do our thing.  If our competition decides to give them a list of questions to ask us that's fine.  If a potential seller has a list of questions to ask us at the appointment, we politely ask them to wait until the end of our presentation.  

Most of their questions will already be answered by then.

I do provide the list of questions that should be answered by the agent who has the home owner interests FIRST.

I advise the homeowner should never ask those questions. Choose the agent that knows the questions that troubles the home owner, and delivers the answers with out having to be asked.
