I found someone great on Craigslist but the next time Craigslist didn't work at all - this time I tried indeed.com -- they will try to sell you on doing pay per click - I didn't do that but still got probably 25 resumes in the first 3 days - several of which looked very good - I always ask people to do a DISC and send it with the resume - most people don't and that of course is a reflection on them.

Hire the brightest people from your local college.
Don't hire someone wanting you to groom them and show them the ropes as an agent in real estate. Find a tech savvy more mature, intelligent person who wants a 9-6 job who is great with details! I have a gem and she has been with me 7 years now!

Interview some underperforming agents who are good at what you want your AA to handle.
Suggest a newer realtor in your office who you can meet regularily.
Mine and you can't have her!
