I found someone great on Craigslist but the next time Craigslist didn't work at all - this time I tried indeed.com -- they will try to sell you on doing pay per click - I didn't do that but still got probably 25 resumes in the first 3 days - several of which looked very good - I always ask people to do a DISC and send it with the resume - most people don't and that of course is a reflection on them.
