The photos I take are professional!

Always professional photos... have never done my own since starting in real estate in Charlotte area in 1999. And back in the day in NYC, they were also done professionally.

It depends. I do use a Nikon Digital SLR with custom lenses most of the time but some I use a professional.

I use both but don't see much difference either way.

I take my own and have been often complimented on the pictures (sadly with some I see the bar does appear to be low.....!).  Depending upon the listing though, I may invest in a professional's assistance.

It depends on the lisitng.  I have a great camera and take really good pictures.  The lighting is usually the issue in many home photos so that is a good reason to use a professional.  It's important for the agent to capture best angle, depth, and think about what the consumer will think when they see the photo.

 I have professional photos for 95% of my listings.   I have one coming soon that is an estate sale, original 60's, and needs lots of work.   I will be taking my own photos.

With rare “sold as is” exceptions, every one of my listings is staged and has professional photography. It is included in the commission so the seller has no reason to opt out.

We use a professional! I don't trust myself to take good photos like they can do!

depends on price point.  However, I've taken classes and have a great camera and have years of experience from my former career of graphic art with photo editing.

I take them or send one of my staff to do it.

I do my own.  Over $3000 in equipment.  AND I know how to use it.

I also put aside 3% of my gross commission to upgrade my equipment and classes to improve.

For the time being, I take my own and seem to get good results from them.

Take my own and I do a professional job of it!  Most homes don't need the day long photo shoot.

I AM a pro-photographer. Fully trained and do take photos for countless other agents. I turn down more jobs that I can handle.

Take my own. Just had someone come into the office to demonstrate the MatterPort 3D videos. Too pricey for all price ranges.

Yes we do use a professional photographer if she is available, as she's a realtor and does take Get-Aways, so she's not always in town.  If she is not available, then Roger takes his own pictures, so we've done photos both ways Peter Mohylsky. 

It depends on the home.  My camera can take better pictures of small rooms than the professionals I have tried.

Professional.  For one of our clients, we worked with a great photographer.  Then he decided to get into real estate.  One would think he was going to take his own pictures, but he hired a photographer also.  He felt that his time was better spent getting listing and selling rather than taking pictures.  A

Depends on the size of the house. Voluminous houses often exceed the ability of my equipment. In such cases I use the iPhone. NOT!!!
