Quit recently. Did it for 10 years. Not worth it to me, and not part of my business model. Many do successfully.

Yes if it is something my buyer wants to see and buy. They are not hard to sell once you learn the process.

My broker is a HUD approved broker and yes, I have sold a couple HUD homes. Not much different than other REO properties.

Leanne, I have sold several as the selling agent and HUD is very easy to work with compared to REO's owned by banks. They get back to you within a couple of days to let you know your offer was rejected, countered, or accepted. The HUD foreclosures are few and far between compared to 2010 and 2011 in our market.

No longer. However, I have sold hundreds of them.
In the good old days, they paid a full commission plus bonuses to the selling agent.

We have two investors that we work with. We'll do it knowing that there is a bigger reward on the other side when we list their flips.
