They are softly screaming the economy is weak, wobbly and wishy-washy

Clearly there are still concerns about the economy

What the Fed does has little, to nothing to do with mortgage rates. Don't get caught up in media buzz. They simply follow the markets, not the other way around...

The over $1million market needs help in CA. So, maybe that's a good thing...help encourage inventory to move. We're seeing the effects of the Canadian recession in Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Indio, etc. The below $1M Market is moving pretty well in San Diego, but the upper tiers are sitting for months.

Keep the government from messing up the economy any further it could throw the breaks on what positive we have. 

Good morning Anthony. The overall economy in this country and other major countries is weak and as long as that is the case, the FED would be pretty stupid the raise rates.

The economy is weak and its an election year...the rates aren't going to be raised any time soon.

It will be what it will be. We all knew they couldn't stay at these artifically low levels forever.

We will get raises before the end of the year.

I agree with Scott Lawson .   What the Fed does has little or NO effect on mortgage rates directly.   Major media DOES NOT understand this and NEVER has.   Their ridiculous hype of the changes in the Fed rates cause an unnecessary stress on home buyers and sellers alike.

The TRUTH is that rates are still at historical lows and instead of trying to exactly time the marketplace; buyers should just MOVE FORWARD !

Fed talk of raising rates was premature to begin with.

They have to raise them, so they can drop them when the economy needs stimulation.  They can't stay this low forever.

Well, Federal Reserve......what a surprise? since it is a cartel, they always have only one solution. 

It would be great if exchange rates moved back towards par.

Keep these rates as low as possible forever.

It supposedly went up end of 2015, but decreased shortly after.  Thinking too many markets still need the rates to remain low.
