My goals for 2016 have remained the same in general though I have accomplished a couple of them already.   One goal was to become the "Highest Ranking Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Virginia as scored by the ActiveRain real estate site".  I achieved that goal on March 8th.

I also wanted to work harder at building my AR presense by doing a daily posting to my blog, reading and commenting more of other's posts and responding to other Rainer's questions.   So far, so good !

I also had goals for increased business and production.   At this point, I'm ahead of my plan for 2016 so I have had to raise my target numbers.

All of these goals were put in writing before the year began, including the steps to reach them.    By identifying and defining my goals in writing, they have been easier to measure, to make progress and to reach.

I suggest writing your goals down and celebrate each one as you exceed it !

We have three goals: sell, Sell, SELL! They never change.

Still the same goals as the first of the year.

Goals are the same but a short-term wrinkle has been inserted.

I have an overall business plan that I follow, plus an annual goal. It took me several years to set up my credentials and the structure, not it's all about SALES.

Already revised them this week. For some reason I picked 3/10 as a date.

Still the same ... still working on my plan.  Life is good.

My 2016 goals are similar to those in 2015, so the best I can, give customer service to my clients as I would want myself.

Good morning Leanne. I have not changed my year end goals in many years. They have to do with the number of referral I give out during the year.

I revisit my targets every quarter. No changes for second quarter and I'll revisit in June.

 No, nothing really has changed. I am currently preparing the fertile ground of my mind.

I picked good goals - to nail farming and really love on my SOI and get those systems in place - I am taking Buffini now to help with that -

Each day I strive toward the goals set January 1.  One Day at a Time!

I do an overarching life and career goals before a year starts but trying to predict what will happen in November is impossible. I track daily, monthly, and quarterly. That is what is more predictible. So when we print out monthly profit and loss, and we pay taxes monthly, we know exactly where we are and does it meet our expectations.

keep doing what we have been doing and try to do more in 2016.  It will because home prices are still moving up....
