Try renaming the file to something like court house 1. Then try reuploading it. you may also have to resize it. sometimes phone pictures are to large of files to upload

Change the name of your photo and try again. Naming them also will help you to find that picture in future, since there is no other filters in there.

they do not want numbers hence you have to manually rename the picture for example photo101 needs to be photoonehundredone as long as you do not have # or & in them it will work

Just about any punctuation in a filename will give you this error, you will need to rename the photo an then it should work fine.

Huge photos will not load either. I have more problems with iPad than laptop or tablet.

Sometimes it is trial & error with more errors than my patience can handle.
