I have used those apps for 'branded search' to assist buyers. Recently, I can not give the app to anyone. Those who are active already have one.

So, I have two apps I have created.

One for investors or those buyers who have committed to me, that estimates costs.  

For buyers and seller an, app for agent to provide, that is a value caluculator for the house they live in or one they have visited. The result the buyer seller sees is:

Meanwhile the agent receive all the data behind those calculations and a line item report for those things  the citizen valued. I would imagine, a warm call expanding on THREE values, would be a real value add for any agent.

Both of these  LOYALTY resource does it's job well.

No, I do not have it, and not interested in having it( even our MLS offers them). You can not be everywhere and it is unlikely your clients will find it useful.

I did not download them though, the space on my phone is valuable and I am particular about wasting it on an app for one company.
