And if I am still left with some money - A platform where I can run webinars - similar to GoToWebinar.

I WISH !   If presented with this dilemma, I would reorder as many of my new trifold brochures as it would cover.   They have had a very positive effect. Using the document checklist, clients are getting me their paperwork sooner than ever.  My Realtors are handing them out to their clients.   Unlike business cards, they are NOT being discarded because they are seen as an information resource.   Businesses are displaying them openly in my brochure holders instead of them being mixed in with cards on a bulletin board.   Finally, they make a spur of the moment, on the spot presentation easier with a takeaway for the person to remember me and my contact info.   Best of all, if they abandoned it, chances are someone else I never met may pick it up, read it and become my next client.   Excellent ROI !

Online marketing. 3k is not that big. I can spend it fast. Any donations or $$ contributions my way would be appreciated:)

Hire a tech savvy assistant to revamp my website and do all the marketing tech things that I never get around to but need to be done. Then set it up so it was turn key and I could maintain it myself.

I don't have anything ready to spend the money on... but maybe a color laser printer, wireless with a duplexer and a scanner...

Send me the check and I will let you know how it it well spent.

Lots of print material and postage.  Prepay for many social media advertising campaigns. Have my website professionally completed and ready to go. 

$2,500 on buying online leads and the other $500 on having someone follow up with those leads.

Given the time limit you have set, it can only be spent on non-branded, non-personalized items or marketing not subject to the law.  Perhaps tools, equipment etc.

brochure, homes for sale, sold mailing done. Then find the contract is cancelled.

Postage, pay my website for a year, FB advertising.

A print ad in Carmel Magazine, a quarly in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Glossy, extremely high end, just my market. Probably gets me a 1/2 page.

I would use it to give to several charities to promote myself.
