We have an entire team of virtual assistants we have trained to do a lot of services and tasks for us. Anything that I see on my list over and over again that I don't personally have to be involved in, I create a system for it, then I delegate it to my team. Our team does our SEO tasks, market report tasks, follow up, list management, CRM tasks, transaction tasks that don't require a license, direct mail, postcard and flyer creation, the list goes on and on...Katerina

It depends on why I hire the assistant, their qualifications, licences (if applicable) etc.
