< 100K per image. Our MLS system has terrible interface. Everyone else search with other reator sites.

Some agents upload 40 images many are dups, sideway photo. I believe in just a few start from outside in including street. No BS about appliance brand, granite close up....

David,
I try to keep the size (in MB’s) mobile friendly but haven’t gone as far as some of the fancy tricks to load images quickly.

That's my MLS's problem, not mine!  I take high resolution photos, file size is for people on dial-up.  ZTR has all their stuff cached and spread around the world, so it really doesn't matter.

David,

Our web developer had done that for our clients with both mobile devices.  What stats did you read that indicated that 50% + search number for real estate?  What I did read recently is that mobile has disappointed (this was from Luxury Daily) and has not converted into sales.  Most large companies spent lots of $$$ in conversion, and the return is minimal.  Our own site is running at 70% destktop, 30% mobile.  I have talked to big box real estate managers and they are also seeing similar numbers.  What is being revealed is that those who are looking to buy prefer being at their desktops rather that searching on the phone.  A
