I have a service that will place the yard post/sign and will remove after the property is sold.  I place the lock box myself. 

Post & sign I have done. LB we have to do ourselves because sometimes we have to recode them with our access cards.

We have someone who installs the wood posts and signs, but I put the lockbox on myself.

    When I was with Century 21 (early 1990's) I paid a guy with a post-hole digger, because we had those obnoxious 4x4 posts to put in the ground.

In my corner of Wisconsin, I place my own.  Metal 18x 24" framed signs are there norm here, not the post signs.  When I was in the Minneapolis area, we had somone install the post signs.

DeeSigns does all mine. My focus is to work $250/hr tasks and delegate the $15.00/hr work. I'm not valuing my time and it's ROI otherwise. 

The yard post is paid to outside vendor. Any riders and lock boxes are up to me.

I use a vendor for signs but the lockboxes are my personal responsibility.

We have a runner who does those tasks.

I take care of everything myself. I kinda wondered how agents installed signs with posts. Now on my to do list: find company/someone to install signs.

We have the yard post installed, though add our own sign panel (they would do it also, but we have our own available).  We also add our own Lock Box Tony and Suzanne Marriott, Associate Brokers. 

We use posts in our listings.  I sure as heck aren't putting them out there!  We have a local company do it for us.  It's worth the expense.

Independent contractor or an associate for the signs. Mostly, I keep control of the lockboxes to make sure they go on and come off at the right time.

It was always done professionally.  Many of the cities like Beverly Hills require a permit for each sign that is placed.  We had better things to do with our time than spend hours waiting in line at city hall.  A

Place them myself.  It's so easy (especially lock boxes) why would I need/want a vendor to delay my marketing?

we do it ourselves. we dont take out of area listings. So we are usually around the property any way to hang lock boxes and flyers. We have a sign company handle our our signs and posts.

I do it myself.  I have seen major issues and costs involved with miss placed signs, and lost keys

I work mostly with condos which, unlike SFRs, do not permit signs to be installed so rarely need sign placement. When I had commercial listings in the past, a vendor was used for sign installation and was well worth the cost since different cities/municipalities here have different regulations about when the sign can be placed. I place any riders or lockboxes as needed.

Larry installs our signs. No need to hire and wait for an outside vendor. We usually have one in our car and he installs it immediately ~
