Never; I can only do so much and I find that most clients do not seem to care what the market is doing. Besides, the news media is constantly giving them a barrage of market information.

once a month I prepare market reports....pie charts....and I will post them everywhere....

Do one on my blogs, that's it. Too cumbersome to do it area by area or specific subdivisions. I won't ever say a blanket statement like 'prices rose 20%' or something like that.

My clients and past clients all receive a Market Snapshot on their community every 90-180 days depending on the client. I send out a monthly eNewsletter as well, and a zip code market analysis each month.

I send area showing activity reports weekly; more detailed market data monthly.

They are available on my blog, and once i a while my crm sends them out to.

Keeping our clients updated on their transaction is very important, and usually make a phone call/email once I hear.
