I try to always "Be A Professional" (my motto) and have my thoughts, words and actions reflect that.   Do I always succeed ?   I'll never tell.

Alignment is a process that is ongoing and once in awhile they are out of alignment and need adjusting!

I can be quite outspoken but I didn't get to where I am saying what I feel all the time. I know better than that.
