I haven't pushed myself out of the office due to weather and personal illness so this month I intend to increase my Realtor office visits and make more touches with my quality referral sources.

I'm changing a broker, so I'm reviewing and changing everything.

My wife and I are taking a long earned and deserved trip to San Francisco for 3 nights and hope to get our batteries charged to get a head-start on the Spring & Summer Business Season.  Wish us luck!

Working IN my database, AFTER I get my database cleaned up. Worked on the second part today. Been calling past leads and converted two into buyers. 

Same plan, will keep moving forward towrd the goals.

80 more post cards for farm area mailed out in March and pick up 2 more listings then last February

Vacation time... so guess my goal is to get in the "swing" of things and improve my golf game.
