I don't advertise my listings where I live. I advertise around the listing! Also be aware of any no solicitation rules. Don't want to get yourself evicted, that would be bad marketing.

You can use do hangers if solicitation is not prohibited in the community.

Most condos have anti-solicitation rules. Some will let you post on an announcement board.

Most condos don't allow that, but if they did I would use my real photo and not the blue head.

Most condos don't allow this, so be careful. You will probably get fined.

I have not tried door hangers. Let us know how that strategy works out if you do explore it.

It depends on your rules. It is not allowed in my area. The only way to reach apartment/condo residents: Direct mail.

Check your condo rules before printing those. Not likely it will be okay to do. May be able to post in laundry rooms, on a bulletin board for residents, but best to run it by board.

You should try - and if it works, you can continue marketing the same way.
There is no right or wrong method of marketing as long as you stick to COE.

You may be running afoul of the building's ground rules. It's likely that someone will remove your hangers from the door. You're better off with cards.

I think Joy Bender has a good point check first with the HOA before leaving any door hangers

I don't live in a Condo so No I have not done that. But it sounds like a fantastic way to reach out to your neighbors! I like it better than a postcard, although if you use the oversized postcards, those seem to get a better response than the smaller ones.
