Here there seem to be clubs and societies for different types of homes - we have the Mid-Century Moderns, The Deco Society of Washington, and other groups for various types of Victorians and historic homes.  Maybe there is such a group for Geodesic Domes?

Price it right.

There is a buyer for every house. Ask the seller who he/she hangs out with. People with similar interests usually hang out together. 

The same way I would any other listing.  Show it in it's best light and know there is a butt for every seat.

Post it in hippie and new age pubs and websites.

We have dome homes in my market. They are marketed like any other home.

Use Buckminster Fuller in your tags. Also use Bucky Fuller. Hears him speak in the 1960's, great man.

They exist here in Agua Dulce and Acton, California.  I've been inside and they are stranger inside than out.

It sounds like a fun journey so I would probably drive a couple hours.  It would be cool to check out the scenes along the way.  and it would be a learning experience.

I'd try marketing to as wide a range of people as possible.  I think architects may find it interesting as well as artists.  I'd also check with a feng shui expert like Laura Cerrano to see if there is anything special about this type of home that might appeal to that group.  Maybe advertise more heavily around those types of groups.

Lots of pictures on the MLS.  The other sites will pass it along, if they get it from your local MLS.

Market to the green and eco-friendly niche. Some people think of geo dome as having special qualities conducive to good health and creativity.

Go find people named "Bucky".

Honestly, I would pass on a listing that requires that degree of marketing an research to find the right avenue....

First - just like any other home. Then I would attempt to find any local or semi local clubs, groups or organizations that may have purposes that compliment a geo dome home.

Are there any "green" features about the house you could use to market?  I think just pushing the uniqueness of the home would be great

There are a few coming up 5M or above.  Often they go straight to listing agent fight it over .....

#1 Reduce the amount of imagery.

#2 Descriptive must stimulate elitist thinking. Such as, "the non-conformists sanctuary,' "perfect those who live outside the box,' 'asemetrical in every way,' and 'you won't feel cornered in this house!"  

The adventurous, curious and those who want to see themselves in those descriptions will come like moths to....a geodesic dome house. Zero in on the Jeep, Subaru, Volvo, Saab mindset.

Cast a wide net and write three recurring blogs each containing a new piece of information and your 15 second CC video. Then use your G+ alternative identity to accelerate indexing using the word NEWS in the headline.
