I would assume the NY Times.... but I'd splatter the Internet with that property information with plenty of "money shots" that are eye catching,...."the eye buys".....

My guess is that those looking for properties in the Hamptons will not go to NYC magazines to seek them out, but rather those serving the Hamptons.

This depends on objective and budget.  For sure NYT has right audience, but I'm guessing expensive.

I totally agree w/ Beth Atalay 's suggestion to do a targeted FB ad.  You could also consider Westchester County (or the higher ends of Westchester as many will have (or want to get) a 2nd house in Hamptons.

I would assume that the New York Times would be a good spot.  People around the world read it.

Sounds like you have great answers here.  The WSJ and NY Times.  If the New Yorker is still around that may work.  Also consider the "Playbill" pamphlet that theater goers get.  We have some realtors advertising themselves and their "Lake Sherwood" ($10+million homes, exclusive community, country club/golf course/etc.) listings in the local playbill.

Kalen,

Where do the top agents in the Hamptons advertize their listings?  I would also have great photography, blog about the listing, and probably advertize in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal.  A

Does anyone look at print for houses anywhere anymore?  I would think blog posts and online brochures would be the way to go.

It used to be the New York Times, but I haven't sold real estate in NYC since 1998. Wall Street Journal is another option, obviously.
