Carolina MLS uses Matrix... we seem to change every few years. All these programs have pluses and minuses. It's a matter of getting used to using them as membership really doesn't have all that much choice whether or not to do so.

Today it is Matrix, by the time I get comfy with it it will change to something else.

FLEX

flex - better than the previous system

Matrix, don't like it but I have no choice 

We have changed 3 times in the 13 years I've lived here. I do not remember the platform from when I got to SD, but we switched to Tempo in 2004 and then to Paragon in 2013-which was and to some extent, still is a disaster.

Tempo was a box of 4 primary color crayons, Paragon is the 64 pack and way too complicated for all it can't do, that Tempo did well.

I think it is Matrix.

We had Flex for years, switched to MarketLink Innovia 10 years back and still getting bugs out of it. But we have also customized it a lot for our use and have great leadership and staff.

Matrix in Oklahoma City. MLS systems have become so beat up over price that they don't innovate like they should.

We use Stratus.  The board and Stratus developed a new generation of Stratus over the past few years to replace the previous generation.  It takes into account many changes in computer technology since the previous version had been designed many years earlier.

We have Matrix, have been using it for about 1.5 years.

Matrix - it took a little while to adjust from the last system we had but I like Matrix at this point.  Like most of the technology I have available, it's actually quite a capable system and has more features than most folks know about, including myself. I would guess I probably use about 1/2 of the features.  With the addition of Transaction Desk, it's very very easy to go paperless and I find it quite good.

No idea.

I don't know but I like it. We have the most innovative MLS's in the country.

Paragon, love it.

Peter - We us Flex MLS, and it is pretty good for internal agent MLS listings and searches. However, not very good for IDX on websites.

Peter Mohylsky we have pretty good MLS - MLSPIN - and has lots of information, tools, reports, mortgage calculator etc etc.

we have navica.  I don't love it.  

We use Matrix.MRIS.com.  I love it.

We have (C)Rappatoni.  As you can tell from my spelling, it's a piece of crap.  Web based pile of dung that hardly works, error prone, upgrades take you 3 steps backwards.  Only good thing is I have a cute friend that works as their board liasion so it gives me an excuse to talk to her.  LOL!

We use the Matrix.  It is incredible.

 Matrix our site is one of the oldest in West Coast. No choice. NAR wants to have say so in everything. Paintful sometimes....

We use Realtracs and it is undergoing a massive rewrite that is launching on 3/31/16.

I think it is Flex.

I have flex in the two MLS that I use.  I used Northstar in the Minneapolis area.  Not sure what was the program, or if that Was the program.  Great progam.  Makes Flex look like a program from 1995.

I have no idea what that answer is....why do I need to know???

We use Paragon after years of Tempo

We have Matrix, it was a big deal when we changed over a number of years ago, but it seems to be working and has more options than the previous system. It keeps evolving and some of our input is taken into consideration.
