yes, absolutely..... when and if there is a patrol car in the area, they are looking at the wheels at a stop sign to see if they keep on rolling!!! no thanks....I've never had a traffic violation.... for every rule, there's a legitimate way to skirt it, except when it comes to traffic violations....they're really strict in my area.... vehicles can be like weapons!!

I'd say 90% of the time.  I have a stop sign inside the condo complex in which I live.  If there are no cars on either side ... I do check for cars, dogs, cats, birds, even people I do not make a full stop ... I partially stop and roll it.

Most of the time however here, alot of stop signs are so far ahead of where you need to stop to see, you roll right through

Richie - I am going to be honest here and say that I pretty much come to a stop, but not often a full stop. I don't think I would be ticketed for what I do because it is pretty much like a full stop. I will make a full stop when there are other cars around.

I am not sure everyone understands what a full stop is, because everywhere I drive, I see people who do not come to a complete stop. They slowly roll, or do what is called a California stop. I admit that I don't come to a full stop all the time, and I do better than everyone else I see on the road.

Yes, I do. I've seen too many instances where people haven't and there was an accident. At the end of the day, there's a reason for a stop sign and what's the big deal to stop and look? I don't believe in rules for some and not for others in these situations.

Yes. Depends where the location, I make sure I'm behind the imaginary line. Got one ticket in my lifetime (long ago) cop stated I rolled up and didn't stop. I fought at court and won.
