Get ad blocker and it all goes away and website speed goes way up. 

I ignore them, use my Pop-up blocker and if still I see them, I avoid those sites.

I just click the X. No biggie.

I rarely see popups.  Use an ad blocker.

Yes, it can get annoying.  It reduces the quality of the site.

I don't like pop ups, and it's a sure way of getting me to leave a site.

Its real bad even on some sites that pop-up ad themselves, like Kohls! I click off the sites that pop-up ad me as I realize its not about the info, its the sales, and I lose faith.

Doesn't happen often to me Michael.  Interesting, I'm glad it doesn't, but the day is not over yet.

I always thought it was strange when they would pop up, and had just been looking for that.  Then I learned about target marketing.  Yes, annoying!  And have the pop up blocked.

I use mac and no pop ups are allowed in here. You might want to add some additional securities to yours, if it is not mac. 

Firefox blocks most of the adds for me.

I use a pop up blocker.   If one shows up I just hit the X.

Yes, it's annoying, but I try not to spend too much time worrying about it. I just click in the box and move on.

No, I run firefox with the Adblock Plus addon installed.  Bye-bye pop ups and ads.  Haven't seen ads on a website in years.  Always surprised about how different sites look when I use friend's computers.

I hate it when the pop up covers the entire screen.  Then when you are on your phone, its too small to click off, so I have to leave the website.

I close them automatically and don't even know what the ad says. So the popups are self-defeating.
