I really notice great service wherever I go. I know what pleases me or us in this case, and I try to replicate it with our interactions with people. Today we took our car in for its first service. We get a free rental, and they had it ready for us and all the info they need it as this has been our dealership all along. The same with our service advisor, the work order was printed all we had to is sign. They know time is a luxury, and we had it served to us beautifully. A
