It's actually not a lead generation company, but a tool for buyers to help educate and walk them through the process. It (supposedly) helps with those people you meet (let's say an open house) who want to buy but are still super preliminary and won't convert for another year or two. It helps them familiarize and educate themselves and continue to interract until they are ready.

As I write this all out though, it makes me think that really, it probably doesn't offer much more than my drip campaigns already do in terms of interraction. And the education portion might not really be enough to give the value-add. And it's really interesting how many people are unfamiliar with it. Hrm. Thanks everyone!
