I'm with Joy Bender on this. We have ZipForms in California. I can pull it on on my tablet or on a computer (both tethered to my phone) and work from there.
With that said, I always have a blank hard copy purchase agreement with me too.

Lauri - We use Zipforms and then import them into DocuSign for the buyer to sign right there if they want.

We have CTM e-contracts in Denver, and when I know a buyer is ready to write, I bring my tablet and ready to go.

The more times I've been around the block, the less I want to fire up an offer at the property . . . if they're ready, I can be ready in 30 minutes. But let me get back to my desk. I can do it on my phone, but it will take twice as long - and I really want to write without distractions. You inspired a Q from me, though! Got me thinking about all the places I DID write 'on the spot'. LOL! :D

We use zipforms & docusign to complete the offer from writing to signing. I don't print any documents.

Nitro 9 seems to work well, along with Surface Pro pc. You can quickly remove the screen, so client can sign.

We do it in transaction desk here, but it is part of our MLS I will admit. I have done it on my iPad even.
