William - Oh, if it were just that easy. First you have to come up with a world changing idea, and then you have to make it happen. Not an easy thing, or everyone would be doing it.

World-changing? That's a tall order! Plus, world-changing probably would not create MY wealth.

Maybe not world changing, but we're working on a couple startups that will have an impact on the real estate industry. The wealth will come when we sell to Zillow or Realogy.

Work smarter not harder!

Air bags for motorcycles .It would save millions in medical bills and rehab.. I have no idea if this could ever be done.

I don't believe in world changing ideas.  I do believe in hard work to make my wealth.

Wealth ... Hmmm... I think the term wealth means different things to people and they can be both monetary reward and non monetary reward. For example I have a wealth of information and experience which I am willing to share with you. In exchange I hope the limited time I have with you that I get to experience life changing experiences that I receive from you and to me that is more important than money wealth...

Save more of your income for retirement. 

Flip houses to expand your income.

Break into the luxary listings market = $$$$ not sure how I make that happen yet.

Focusing on profit and investing wisely especially in real estate. I work because I want to not because I have to.

World Changing Idea?

That quite a high bar.

So, let's go cosmic.....

What: I'll change the world by creating a spray on that decouples objects from gravity.

How: If I revealed that, you would know too! Clearly 'how' involves funding for more research.

That is a great question! I don't have a world changing idea but I do have a belief: I can make a difference, be the best I can at assiting my clients, build my SOI and create my wealth from there. My husband and I also teamed up with a co Realtor and became the Real Estate Company that gives our clients and Real Estate family options (our market is flooded with REO and Short sale properties). We also created a Property Management Company that offers Full service and Limited Service options to investors and property owners.
