Make a video as needed for your listings.   A video of yourself as an agent every now and then.

I think even if you can schedule and make 1 video a week you will be 99% farther ahead than most of the industry members.  I would think that scheduled video making time would probably be a good idea, like every wednesday morning, or every sunday, etc.  I don't think there is anything such as too many, so as many as you can comfortably make is probably okay.

I didn't get any videos done this week, so I am very far behind. I did venture out after my showings and shot a LOT of photos of neighborhoods for my website. I will be working on those tonight.

We watch several every evening!!

I don't think you need to look at it this way, Will. Do one when the opportunity presents itself, or when you have the time. 

Having a plan and sticking to it makes some sense but only if you are producing quality videos. Once per week seems pretty ambitious 

It is more about quality and delivering something that is of benefit to who you are targeting. If it is filler then don't do it.

You should video all your listings. You should video the neighborhoods surrounding your listings, and you should video yourself doing fun things to show your clients you're a real person and not a stick in the mud.

It is time consuming so would try once a week.

At this point I'm not using them at all! I would like to do at least one new one each month until the end of the year!

I do them when I have time, or have a subject to cover.   Not necessarily so many per week.
