I understand lenders are like agents, you come in contact with a bad one every now and then...

Communication between all parties and keeping up with paper work. Had one tell me she was upset because I scolded her for constantly asking for something or changing her responses.  Apparently I told her to get her * together because my clients were getting aggravated.  How about 3 days before the intended closing I hear not to schedule apprisial / inspection, she hadn't made sure they would qualify?  I have since changed lenders.

Let the borrower and agent know the underwriters are very strict. We send in something to clear a condition and the underwriter will ask for something further. It is important for the borrowers to know it is not personal, just the way it is now.
