Yes they have and it is all staged. All the buyers had purchsed prior to the show taping.

I am looking forward to the time when buyers will be happy only looking at 3 houses and not be upset when 2 of them don't fit their criteria.

Yes, over the past 5 years, we've had House Hunters here at least 2-3 times, Flip That House and one other show here, one that escapes my memory of it's title. I've toured 2 Flip That Houses in the past. My friend was the Realtor for the House Hunters one that came to Mira Mesa here a few years ago.

SPOILER ALERT: funny to get validation on my theory- on how fake and scripted that "reality show" is. The couples already own the home and are in process of, if not done with any remodel at the time of taping and fake the house hunting and choosing part.

That's exciting. It came to our area but I didn't see it. I know the agent they chose and she is a good one. Someone told me though that she was wearing boots. We live in a Coastal Area so they thought it was strange that she was wearing boots, instead of sandals. I'll have to see if I can find our episode and link it!
